Skills Essentials are for ALL LEVELS, beginner, intermediate and advanced, to drill and practice all fundamentals of the game. Because skills work is “essential” to being and becoming a great player, we now offer SKILLS year round. Each 90-minute workout consists of 30 minutes of ball handling and shooting, 30 minutes of individual and/or team skill sets for the “theme of the day” (eg: rebounding, defense, picks and rolls, etc), followed by at least 20 minutes of live game play. Players work together with others of similar skill level in small groups under our certified coaching staff.
